Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Cuelor. If something isn't right, contact [email protected] and we will help.

Cuelor Full (one-time purchase)

Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. After a refund, the license is deactivated.

Cuelor Pro (subscription)

Cancel any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that renewal provided its included credits have not been used.

Credit packs

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have been used for generation cannot be refunded. If a generation fails because of a problem on our side, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Disputes

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we usually resolve issues faster directly.
