Privacy Policy

Cuelor is designed to keep your work on your own computer. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Cuelor app, website and cloud services.

What stays on your device

Your projects, scripts, media libraries, voiceovers and renders are stored locally on your Mac (or on drives you choose). We do not receive them unless you send something to a cloud service or attach it to a support report.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and sign-in provider (for example Google).
• Purchases: plan, license and credit records. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see full card numbers.
• Cloud requests: the inputs needed for a generation request (such as a prompt, reference images, or lines to be voiced), the result, and usage records for billing.
• Support and feedback: what you choose to send us, including any diagnostics you attach.
• Website: basic, privacy-friendly traffic statistics. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Services, process payments, prevent abuse, and respond to you. We do not sell your personal information and do not use your projects to train AI models.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the Services, including hosting and network (Cloudflare), payments ([payment provider]), email delivery, and AI model providers that process generation requests you submit (for example Fish Audio for voice). A current list is available on request.

Retention

Cloud generation inputs and outputs are kept only as long as needed to deliver the result and handle disputes, then deleted. Account and billing records are kept as required by law.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your account data by emailing us. Residents of California, the EU/UK and other regions have additional rights under local law, which we honor.
